An 8-week study of the book of Exodus.  The premise is simple:  read 5 chapters of the book of Exodus, and get together to discuss it.  Exodus has 40 chapters so it will take 8 weeks.  The schedule is as follows:

Read Exodus 1-5 for Tuesday, September 25, 2018.
Read Exodus 6-10 for Tuesday, October 2, 2018.
Read Exodus 11-15 for Tuesday, October 9, 2018.
Read Exodus 16-20 for Tuesday, October 16, 2018.
Read Exodus 21-25 for Tuesday, October 23, 2018.
Read Exodus 26-30 for Tuesday, October 30, 2018.
Read Exodus 31-35 for Tuesday, November 6, 2018.
Read Exodus 36-40 for Tuesday, November 13, 2018.

Don’t be intimidated!  This is a friendly group who has discovered great joy in reading the Bible and discussing what they’ve read.  Many of them are new to reading the Bible.  Exodus, which is the second book in the Bible, is a foundational book and picks up the story of the Israelites, following Genesis (the first book).

Didn’t make it the first week (or 2 or 5 or …)?  That’s fine.  This study is one that you can join in the middle and still benefit from.

Don’t have a Bible?  No problem!  There are many sites at which you can read or listen to the Bible online, including biblegateway.com .

Note: We generally begin a little bit later than 7:30pm to allow for a short break between the prayer meeting and the Bible study.  The study is generally held in the Fellowship Hall.
